Using Flagship Events

These Terms of Service govern use of the Flagship Events platform, operated by Flagship Events, a DBA of Top Lead Marketing LLC, Port Charlotte, Florida. By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

You must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where you live to create an account, submit an application, make a purchase, or register a child. You must have authority to act for any business or person whose information you submit.

The platform and event hosts

We provide tools for registration, ticketing, vendor booth applications, sponsor participation, payments, QR passports, raffles, and notifications. Unless expressly identified as the event host, Flagship Events provides the software and does not organize or operate the event.

The event host is responsible for event descriptions, schedules, admission rules, venue conditions, accessibility arrangements, vendor approvals, prizes, and compliance with applicable laws. Event-specific rules and purchase terms may apply in addition to these platform terms.

Your information and access

Provide accurate information and keep your contact details current. Do not impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorized to share.

Private portal links, QR passports, and optional passwords may provide access. Keep them secure and do not share them publicly. Notify us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your information without permission.

Applications, purchases, and refunds

Submitting a vendor or sponsor application does not guarantee acceptance or a booth assignment. The event host sets availability, review criteria, payment deadlines, booth rules, and any required permits or insurance.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Review the total price, fees, and purchase terms shown before paying. You authorize the stated charge when you complete checkout. A selection or unpaid reservation is not a confirmed purchase.

The event host's disclosed cancellation and refund policy applies to event purchases, subject to applicable law. Contact the host first about cancellations, rescheduling, booth changes, or refund requests. Flagship Events does not promise refunds on a host's behalf. Nothing in these terms removes a refund or consumer right provided by law.

QR passports, raffles, and prizes

QR passports record participation and may support raffle entries. Do not copy, trade, manipulate, or automate scans or entries, or claim prizes for someone else without authorization. Invalid or fraudulent activity may be removed.

The event host or identified raffle sponsor is responsible for official rules, eligibility, lawful entry methods, drawing procedures, prize availability, taxes, and fulfillment. Check the event's rules for entry deadlines, presence requirements, claim windows, and any redraw process. An entry does not guarantee a prize.

Notifications are a convenience and do not replace the published rules or deadlines. Texts, emails, and network connections can be delayed or fail. Hosts must not use the platform to run unlawful lotteries or other prohibited promotions.

Email and SMS notifications

We may send service emails about your registration, application, purchase, portal access, or event participation. Marketing email preferences can be changed through the unsubscribe link where provided.

SMS enrollment requires your mobile number and your selection of the SMS consent checkbox on a web form. Consent is optional and is not required to purchase or register. Messages include event announcements and promotions, schedule details, reminders, raffle times and winner alerts, and vendor check-in information. Frequency is two to six messages per event. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to cancel texts. Reply HELP for help or email dsmirnov@flagship.events. You may receive an opt-out confirmation. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in data and consent is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the service, including publishing business profiles, logos, and event listings you submit for public display. You must have the rights and permissions needed for that use.

Do not upload unlawful or infringing content, harass others, send unsolicited messages, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape private records, or misuse payment or raffle features. Hosts must obtain any consent required for their communications and respect opt-outs.

The platform software, design, and branding belong to us or our licensors. These terms grant permission to use the service, not ownership of that material.

Availability and suspension

We work to keep the platform available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features can change, and maintenance or provider outages may interrupt service. Hosts should maintain appropriate backup check-in and event communication procedures.

We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, or violations of these terms. When practical and lawful, we will provide notice. Suspension does not remove obligations already incurred or rights provided by law.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not guarantee event attendance, vendor sales, application approval, prize results, or an event host's performance.

To the extent permitted by law, Flagship Events is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including lost profits or missed opportunities. We do not exclude liability where doing so is prohibited by law, including any nonwaivable consumer rights.

Governing law, changes, and contact

Florida law governs these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a platform concern. These terms do not require arbitration or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

We may update these terms and will post the current version with its effective date. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required by law. Changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases.
